Donnell Pierces, Founder & Executive Director
Donnell Pierces spent years working inside juvenile residential treatment programs, supporting youth after they had already entered the system. He saw firsthand that many of those young people could have taken a different path if someone reached them sooner.
That realization pushed Donnell to step out of facility work and create Pierces Youth Network — a program focused on guiding youth before they ever reach a placement. Today, he leads PYN with one purpose:
Help youth change their path before the system ever has a chance to claim them.
What We Offer
Pierces Youth Network provides mentorship and early intervention for youth ages 12–17.
We focus on helping young people:
