Donnell Pierces is the Executive Director of Pierces Youth Network (PYN), bringing over a decade of experience in youth services, residential care, mentorship, and prevention-focused programming. His background includes organizational leadership, program development, staff supervision, compliance, and crisis management within complex, high-risk youth-serving environments. Donnell is committed to early intervention, accountability, and building sustainable programs that create measurable outcomes for youth and families.

Calvin Pye Jr. is a dedicated youth advocate and nonprofit leader with several years of experience managing group homes and supporting youth in structured residential environments. Raised in Detroit, Michigan, his background has shaped a deep commitment to serving underserved communities and addressing the challenges young people face.
Throughout his career, Calvin has led group home operations with an emphasis on mentorship, accountability, and compassionate support. His mission is centered on the encouragement, development, and empowerment of youth, helping them build confidence, resilience, and life skills through structure, guidance, and positive role modeling. Calvin believes that when youth are given consistent support and opportunity, they are capable of creating meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

John Kelly has over two decades of experience in juvenile justice, DCS, and youth services, with a strong background in program compliance, incident reporting, and staff training across multiple states. His career includes supporting programs in structured, high-accountability environments serving youth with complex needs.
In his role at Pierces Youth Network, John oversees program implementation and compliance across all sites, ensuring services are delivered with consistency, safety, and fidelity to policy and contractual expectations. He plays a critical role in maintaining organizational standards and supporting sustainable growth as the network expands.

Pierces Youth Network, Inc. provides early prevention, mentorship, and youth outreach services designed to support at-risk youth ages 10–18. Our programs help young people build confidence, responsibility, leadership skills, and positive decision-making abilities.
